It was a good thing I tied myself down using the wire, I would have rolled right out of that tree. I about had a heart attack I was so startled. My eyes were widened and I had my hand over my mouth so I didn't scream out in frustration.
"Go then lover boy," said Ignatius, "go see."
I saw Marshall Lee holding a torch and walking back to go see the girl. His face is all bloody, covered in bruises and was swelled up. His arm had a bandage with blood leaking through. From the sound of him walking away he was limping. I was so afraid I was going to drop something the position I was in I didn't move to see.
